  • 4. Projects created by you, if you bought them from yourself.
  • 5. Free content.
  • 6. More than 7 days have passed since the purchase of the product.

Main reasons for returning products

  • 1. The product does not correspond to the description or technical characteristics specified on the project page.
    What does it mean: If the purchased product considerably differs from the description or the technical characteristics specified in product's description, you are entitled to a refund.
  • 2. Product has no files.
    What does it mean: Each user has 7 days from the date of purchase to apply for a refund. If there are no files to download in the project, and no files were found during this period of time, buyer will have the right to request a full refund.
  • 3. Viruses, cryptocurrency miners were detected in the product files.
    If you find malware such as viruses or miners in the product you purchased, you have the right to request a refund. After providing us information about the presence of malicious content, our team of moderators will conduct a detailed investigation. After the verification is completed, a final decision will be made on your request.
