- 3. Projects that include third-party keys from other platforms.
- 4. Projects created by you, if you bought them from yourself.
- 5. Free content.
- 6. More than 7 days have passed since the purchase of the product.

Main reasons for returning products

1. The product does not correspond to the description or technical characteristics specified on the project page.
What does it mean: If the purchased product considerably differs from the description or the technical characteristics specified in product's description, you are entitled to a refund.

2. Product has no files.
What does it mean: Each user has 7 days from the date of purchase to apply for a refund. If there are no files to download in the project, and no files were found during this period of time, buyer will have the right to request a full refund.

3. Viruses, cryptocurrency miners were detected in the product files.
If you find malware such as viruses or miners in the product you purchased, you have the right to request a refund. After providing us information about the presence of malicious content, our team of moderators will conduct a detailed investigation. After the verification is completed, a final decision will be made on your request.
Note that after 7 days from the date of purchase, no refund is made.
