How Commissions Work

Commissions are custom orders for unique content. The creator (artist, 3D modeler, programmer, designer) produces work specifically for you. Payment goes directly between participants — with no platform fee.

Create a commission product

Go to the product creation page and select the commission mode:

a Click Create Product
b In the dropdown Sale Mode select Commission Sale
c Go to the tab Details and find the section Commission Sale Tiers

Set up tiers

Each tier is a service option with different complexity and price. Rename the tier, add a description, work samples (photo/video), set the number of allowed revisions and booking slot limit.

Go to Payment Methods and add your details. Clients will see them in the chat during payment:

Publish and wait for orders

The product will appear in the catalog. When someone books a slot, you'll receive a notification. Manage your orders:

Find a commission

Open a commission product in the catalog. Review the tiers, work samples, and prices. Choose the right option.

Book a slot

Click «Book» on the product page. A chat will be created automatically. Your orders:

Describe the task in chat

Go to the chat and describe the task in detail: description, style, references, preferences. The more detail — the better the result. The creator will confirm readiness to start.

Receive the result

The creator attaches files in the chat. When the work is done — marks the result as final. You'll receive a prompt:

Pay for the work

After accepting the work, select «By agreement» — a 10-minute timer will start. The creator's payment details will be shown. Transfer the amount using a convenient method. The creator confirms receipt — order closed.

Important: Direct Payment

Payment Outside the Platform

Commission payments are made directly between the client and the creator. Wenrexa provides convenient tools (chat, files, timer, payment details) but is not a payment intermediary and does not hold funds.

0% Commission

The platform takes no percentage. The full amount goes directly to the creator — this is the advantage of direct deals.

Trust-Based Deal

Both parties bear responsibility. The creator risks not receiving payment, the client risks not receiving the result. Choose trusted users.

Risks on Participants

The platform is not responsible for the actions of participants. You can report dishonest users to support. Telegram Chat

With direct payment, this risk exists. We recommend not sending final files without watermarks until payment is confirmed. You can report dishonest users to support.

You can cancel the booking if work hasn't started. If the creator stops responding — contact support.

Yes, the number of allowed revisions is specified in each tier. Click «Request Revision» in the chat after receiving the result.

Currently the «By Agreement» mode is available — 0% commission for both parties. In the future, secure payment through the platform may be introduced.

After accepting the final result, a 10-minute timer starts for transferring funds to the specified payment details.

Go to «Commission Payment Methods» in your profile settings. Add a card, SBP, PayPal, crypto, or any other method.
